After 23 years delivering events on site — as production crew, as general manager, as the person arriving at a venue at 6am to find the floor plan changed three days ago and nobody told the vendor — the problems were well understood.

A vendor brief passes through four hands before it reaches the person acting on it on site. Every hand is a chance for a detail to shift — a time, an access point, a measurement, a count. Six weeks of briefs arriving from event professionals were measured: in 80% of them, something didn't match what the site actually was.

The runsheet had changed. The floor plan was updated. No allowances for rigging. No exclusion zones. Event times had moved.

The software to fix this didn't exist. Every tool on the market was built by software companies who'd never worked an event. The logic was wrong from the ground up.

A ballroom, a warehouse, a marquee in a paddock. They look nothing alike. Structurally, they're the same set of zones in a different arrangement.

The core architectural insight — now patent pending under Australian Provisional Application 2026906257 — is a zone taxonomy that turns any physical event space into a structured data model. Map it once, allocate elements to zones, and you control what happens where, who does it, and when.

From that single source of truth, vendor briefs generate themselves. Quotes land against the brief they match. The runsheet builds from the elements assigned to each zone. Change a time once and everyone has the change.

The platform is a API first decoupled architecture for the logic, the data model, and the structured zone taxonomy powering event production. We built custom portals for all stakeholders that interacted with software to ensure every touchpoint is being powered by a single version of the truth, not an email thread.

The result is a product category that didn't exist before: an end-to-end operating system for event planning and production — not a project management tool with event templates bolted on.
